USANA produces a design-heavy B2C holiday gift guide every year. Typically it is customized for 11+ individual markets and translated across 17 languages. I was the lead writer for the 2019–2021 guides.
This project involved people from finance, translations, market management, marketing, graphic design and photography, and communications. It required tight-knit teamwork and proactive dialogue early and often. We worked for months and months to make the launch seamless.
