USANA Weekly Newsletter

I was in charge of the USANA Weekly newsletter for several years, which was published in our Americas and EU markets. The project required consistency, a keen eye for detail, and constant collaboration with many other teams and individuals to ensure a quality delivery each week.

During my time as the head of USANA Weekly, we saw an average 7% year-over-year increase in engagement, which was huge for a very mature (15-plus years) newsletter. We also saw a steady increase in CTR further down each email; readers were enjoying more content than just the leading story.
